Crandall Arambula prepared 16 station area plans along five FasTraks light rail corridors for the Cities of Denver, Englewood, and Aurora.

Crandall Arambula prepared 8 station area plans and 2 transit corridor studies along two of the Seattle region’s light rail corridors. In addition to station area planning, Crandall Arambula also provided light rail trackway alignment studies for the City of Redmond, Sound Transit, King County, and the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT).

Crandall Arambula prepared a full range of transit facility and transit-oriented development planning services for the City of Edmonton. The station area plans have been adopted and additional implementation services have been provided by our firm to determine the ‘business case’ for public expenditures to stimulate short and long-term transit-supportive development.

Crandall Arambula prepared 23 station area plans and transit corridor studies along four of the Portland region’s light rail corridors. A number of these plans have been recognized nationally as models for transit-oriented development and smart growth.

Crandall Arambula prepared 31 station area plans and transit corridor studies along two of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul region’s BRT corridors.
